How It Works
Every project begins at the tendering stage, where we help members prepare accurate submissions, documentation, BOQs, pricing, and compliance material. If the tender is won, our design team begins architectural, structural, MEP, and technical drawings required for approvals and construction. Once designs are approved, our project management and execution teams step in to manage site operations, labor, equipment, compliance, and reporting. Members oversee their business growth while our team ensures the project is delivered safely, correctly, and on time.
